The ULDX-DR-DM-SQ is a unique dual pump controller and panel driver engineered for twin submersible pump configurations (Main Pump with Standby Pump). It operates two pumps in a cyclic mode where pump selection changes alternatively each time the pumps switch ON and OFF, balancing wear and tear and ensuring continuous reliability. Available in both Single Phase and Three Phase supply variants.
Operates two pumps in an alternating cyclic format—pump selection switches automatically each time the system cycles ON and OFF to equalize engine wear.
Features an explicit rocker selector for Auto, Pump 1, or Pump 2. In Auto, both operate cyclically; selecting Pump 1 or Pump 2 locks execution to that unit while keeping the other idle.
When the sump tank reaches 100%, it activates pumping to top up the overhead tank (if above 50%), simultaneously expanding reserve capacity in the sump.
Software-driven low AC pulse sensing with stainless steel plastic-molded conductive electrodes prevents scaling and requires zero frequent maintenance.
Includes dry-run protection with a 120s delay, built-in surge protection, and wide voltage cut-off bounds (<170V / >270V AC for Single Phase; 360V–480V for Three Phase variants).
Equipped with optional independent rocker switches for each pump to bypass control operations during servicing without complete system un-wiring.
