Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, project type and message. The form sends the enquiry to sales@digitek.in. Use the message to describe your pump, controller and tank arrangement; do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal documents.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, you may also share your locality, product model, purchase information and installation photographs so we can respond to a selection, installation, warranty or service request.
Why this information is used
Your enquiry details are used to respond, recommend a compatible controller, prepare a quotation, arrange requested installation or service, and handle warranty enquiries. Relevant installation information may be shared with the technician arranging the requested visit.
The website form does not provide a file-upload field. Photographs sent through WhatsApp are handled through that service as well as the business conversation. Send only relevant equipment photos and avoid including other people or private documents.
Analytics, advertising and hosting
The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website use, advertising and enquiry actions such as calls, WhatsApp clicks and successful form submissions.
